The Men's First Team welcome Lazio to the Allianz Stadium on Sunday, October 18 at 21:00 CEST.
The Serie A Matchday 3 clash will see Juventus take on one of the remaining unbeaten teams, with Lazio having defied expectations so far this season.
Before Luciano Spalletti and Gennaro Gattuso go head-to-head on Sunday, let's take a look at the Bianconeri's last victory over Lazio.
A LATE WINNER
The last Juve victory over Lazio came on Matchday 8 of the 2024/25 Serie A season, with both teams occupying a place in the top seven when the match began.
The first drama of the game came when Pierre Kalulu was fouled just outside the box by Alessio Romagnoli. There was a VAR check to determine if the foul was inside the box or not, and the eventual decision was that a free-kick should be awarded and Romagnoli should be red-carded.
That decision meant that Juve would play 65 minutes with an extra player, and it made Lazio's job very clear. The Bianconeri had a host of great chances to take the lead, with the best ones falling to Dusan Vlahovic and Douglas Luiz.
Eventually, in the 85th minute, a cross from Juan Cabal was awkwardly met by Lazio defender Mario Gila who turned the ball into his own net. The relief around the Allianz Stadium was palpable, as the pressure finally paid off.
Vasilije Adzic almost made it 2-0 with a long-range effort that forced a save from Ivan Provedel, but one goal was enough to secure the points.
