MANY ACADEMIES, ONLY ONE BIG PROJECT
Growing up while having fun on a football field. Training according to Juventus' methodologies, techniques and more. To have training and meetings with the Academies of Piedmont and the whole of Italy. All this, and much more, is the Juventus Academy project, which counts on the collaboration, enthusiasm and the work of twenty clubs, 14 in Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta (Academy Elite) and 6 across the rest of Italy (Academy Italia).
A working group coordinated by a top-level staff, comprising Massimiliano Scaglia (Head of Academy), Andrea Vaccarono (Juventus Academy Team Leader), Dario Dileo (Juventus Academy Technical Coordinator), Marcello Benesperi (Juventus Academy Technical Coordinator), Francesco Barone (Juventus Academy Goalkeeper Specialist), Alessio Gibin, Ruben Renna, Mirco Vinai, Nicolò Sarti and Fabio Cucciniello (Juventus Academy Technical Area).
