08 December 2024
On 12 November, 2023, the Juventus Women's First Team scored their 600th goal away to Como, when Cecilia Salvai found herself on the end of a cross. Now, just over a year later, the Bianconere have hit 700 goals.
On 8 December, 2024, Sofia Cantore opened the scoring in a 3-2 win at home to Lazio, and her goal marked the 700th in the Bianconere's history. Beyond its historic importance, it was a special strike too. Found in the box by Chiara Beccari, Sofi swiveled beautifully on the ball before firing into the top corner of Sara Cetinja's goal.
The Bianconere have come a long way since Martina Rosucci scored their first-ever competitive goal on 27 August, 2017 against Torino in the Coppa Italia.
With Cristiana Girelli and Barbara Bonansea adding 701 and 702 against Lazio as well, the journey to 800 has already begun.
