Juventus suffered a home defeat against Lazio in their Serie A Matchday 7 encounter.
MATCH REPORT
The first chance of the game fell to Alajbegovic, who cut inside and unleashed a right-footed effort from distance, but his shot was comfortably gathered by Mandas in the centre of the goal. Juventus remained in control and continued to push forward, producing an excellent passing move in the 11th minute. Some fine build-up play released Alajbegovic to deliver a cross, but the ball only found a slight, almost accidental touch from Nico Gonzalez, making it easy for the Lazio goalkeeper to collect.
The Bianconeri were dealt a blow towards the end of the first half. In the 37th minute, following a set-piece, Lazio broke the deadlock through a header from Provstgaard. The visitors therefore went into the break with a one-goal advantage.
Shortly after the restart, substitute Woltemade used his physical presence to good effect, with the ball eventually falling to Lucumi, whose long-range effort went wide.
Juventus increased the pressure and created a golden opportunity in the 55th minute. Kolo Muani delivered a perfectly weighted pass to Woltemade, who came agonisingly close to equalising, sending his effort just wide of Mandas' right-hand post.
The Bianconeri continued to press and, just two minutes later, Nico Gonzalez tried his luck with a diagonal effort that drifted wide of the target.
However, just as Juventus were enjoying their strongest spell of pressure, Lazio doubled their lead through Isaksen in the 66th minute.
In the closing stages, Kolo Muani came close to pulling a goal back, but his header from Woltemade's delivery sailed over the crossbar.
In the 89th minute, Dele-Bashiru added a third on the counter-attack to make it 3-0, sealing the result before the final whistle.
