The Men's First Team drew 1-1 with Cagliari after Randal Kolo Muani's late equaliser in Sardinia.
Coach Luciano Spalletti and Kolo Muani spoke to the press after the Serie A Matchday 6 clash.
LUCIANO SPALLETTI
“We need to have the right determination. It was a great performance but the result wasn’t there. If we play like this, I’m convinced we’ll win plenty of games, though it’s true that we need to improve our finishing. I’m a bit annoyed because these are the sort of matches we need to win. The team has real potential.”
RANDAL KOLO MUANI
“It’s a shame about the result because we had chances to score and we should have taken all three points from this match. At half-time, the manager asked us to get the ball into the penalty area more often to put our opponents under pressure. I get on well with [Nick] Woltemade, he’s tall and keeps the opposition defenders busy, which gives me a bit more space and freedom.”
