A point, the same as at the San Siro, but although the match against Parma involved a Juventus comeback, it left a bitter taste when the midweek Serie A match in Turin ended 2-2.

SHOCK START

Parma got off to a strong start: after just one minute, Ange-Yoan Bonny attempted a dangerous shot that Michele Di Gregorio parried for a corner. Another two minutes passed and the first break of the match arrived: Adrian Bernabe kicked the ball towards the back post, Botond Balogh lined up the ball for Del Prato who headed it into the far corner to give Parma the lead. After a quick VAR check, the goal was confirmed and Juve found themselves in hot pursuit.

DIFFICULT FIRST HALF

Juve were stunned by the goal, and it was still Parma causing trouble for their hosts, with the Bianconeri struggling to cope with their opponents' pressure; the Bianconeri made a break in the 10th minute, with Francisco Conceicao forcing Woyo Coulibaly to settle for a corner kick, but a minute later, it was again Del Prato who cleared the area after a tentative shot by the Bianconeri.

WESTON McKENNIE TAKES AIM AND FIRES

Juventus came close to equalising in the 13th minute: from a cross by Timothy Weah, McKennie tested goalkeeper Zion Suzuki with a header; Parma responded immediately, between the 18th and 20th minute, creating two interesting chances. First, Dennis Man looked for Simon Sohm with a cross from the left, who then served a precise pass to Balogh, who was closed down by the Bianconeri defence. In the 26th minute, Bernabé and Bonny passed the ball well and came close to doubling the score with a shot that went just wide.

While Weston may have taken aim before, this time he fired: at the half-hour, mark his header made the score 1-1.

PARMA TAKE THE LEAD AGAIN

Juve's relief was short-lived and in the 38th minute they were down again when Valentin Mihaila found Man who headed the ball to Sohm to beat Di Gregorio once more.

EVEN AGAIN AT THE TURN OF THE SECOND HALF

The Bianconeri deservedly turned things around at the start of the second half: Khephren Thuram made a strong run, passing to Conceicao on the right; Conceicao saw Weah in the middle and served him on the run and our number 22 volleyed the ball into the net to secure the draw.

A few minutes later, 3-2 looked possible but Dusan Vlahovic's header from a cross from the right did not find the goal. Juve pressed to steal the three points: in two minutes, from outside the box, Conceicao tried from the right (high) and Kenan Yildiz from the left, who challenged the Parma goalkeeper but he deflected the ball as it bounced in front of him.

A NAIL-BITING FINISH

Juve pressed hard in the last part of the match, interspersed with a chance on the restart for Gabriel Charpentier who faltered in front of Di Gregorio. The Bianconeri struggled to find the goal and at the final whistle, only took one point.

In three days, it’s time to start winning again in Udine.
