Giorgio Chiellini began his professional football career in 2000 and played for Juventus Football Club from 2005 to 2022, becoming one of the most iconic defenders in the club’s history. He also represented the Italian National Team from 2004 to 2022, earning over 100 caps and participating in numerous major international tournaments.
In November 2025, Giorgio was elected as a Federal Councilor at Lega Serie A, further strengthening his contribution to the development and governance of Italian football.
While actively competing at the highest level, Giorgio pursued his academic education, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics and later a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Turin, graduating cum laude.
After retiring from professional football, he joined Los Angeles Football Club in 2024 as People Development Coach, focusing on leadership, personal growth, and mental resilience for players.
In the same year, he returned to Juventus to take up the role of Head of Football Institutional Relations. From July 2025 to July 2026, he served as Director of Football Strategy. Since July 2026, he has been Chief Club Affairs Officer.
