After completing his studies in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Turin, Francesco specialised in Orthodontics with honours at the University of Padua. Since 2025, he has been an active member of the Angle Society North Atlantic.
Editor of over 70 publications in national and international orthodontic journals, he is the author and editor of two textbooks on orthodontics and presents papers at national and international conferences in EMEA, the USA and Asia.
He has a long academic career at leading Italian universities, including Turin, Padua, Pavia, Insubria, Milan and Rome, and was Chief Dental Officer during the 2006 Winter Olympic Games in Turin. In September 2025, he was appointed Visiting Professor at the School of Orthodontics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
